Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a media or publishing company
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer
• Strong understanding of video production principles, including storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with a team of creatives and non-creatives
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their video content requirements
• Knowledge of Philippine media landscape and cultural sensitivity
• Bachelor's degree in Film and Video Production, Broadcasting, or a related field
