Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced office environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with email management systems and calendar organization
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
