Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in scheduling, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple schedules and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup
  • Familiarity with home care services and regulations in the Philippines
  • Basic knowledge of scheduling software and technology
