Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
