Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services
- Familiarity with CRM software and other banking systems
- Ability to work on-site in Quezon City, National Capital Region
