Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer service in the banking or financial industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business growth goals
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice to clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of Philippine banking regulations and compliance requirements
