Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in water utilities, water resources management, or related field
• Strong understanding of Philippine water laws, regulations, and policies
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with water management software and tools (e.g. EPANET, WaterGEMS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
