Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in scheduling or customer service roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with home care or healthcare industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
