Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in scheduling or customer service roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with home care or healthcare industry
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
