Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions
• Familiarity with construction software and technology, including project management tools and building information modeling (BIM)
• Experience with site inspections, quality control, and quality assurance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
