Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a full-cycle recruitment role
• Proven track record of successfully filling critical positions in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM
• Knowledge of social media and online recruitment strategies
