Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting or a related field from a reputable university
• PhD in Accounting or a related field is an advantage
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in Accounting at a university or college level
• Proven track record of research and publication in Accounting or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve academic goals
• Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation in a university setting
