Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting, with a focus on Philippine GAAP
• Proven track record of managing financial accounting teams and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in financial accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations
