Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales role
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work on-site in Quezon City, National Capital Region
