Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Knowledge of banking operations and products a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Manila, National Capital Region
