Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of banking operations and products is a plus
- Ability to speak and write in Filipino and English, with a strong understanding of local banking regulations
