Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of banking operations and products is a plus
• Ability to speak and write in Filipino and English, with a strong understanding of local banking regulations
