Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a hospital or clinical setting
• Current license to practice as a nurse in the Philippines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment with minimal supervision
• Basic life support (BLS) and advanced life support (ALS) certification
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and patient safety protocols
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
