About This Role

Join Tellos, a leading provider of behavioral health services in the Philippines, as an ABA Talent Pipeline Recruiter (RBT & BCBA). In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing a pipeline of qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support our growing operations. As a Talent Pipeline Recruiter, you will work closely with our hiring managers to source top talent, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent management, preferably in the healthcare or education sector
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine job market and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
