Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in account management or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering business growth and increasing customer satisfaction
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on driving business results
• Knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) industry trends and best practices
• Familiarity with CRM software and other business tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
