Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in account management or a related field
• Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Familiarity with the Philippine BPO industry and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Certifications in account management or a related field (e.g. CMA, PMP) are a plus
