Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering business growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Strong understanding of the Philippine market and its trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze business data and develop data-driven insights
• Experience with CRM software and other customer experience tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
