Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving client satisfaction
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
• Familiarity with customer experience solutions and industry trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong understanding of the Philippine market and regulatory environment
