Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer experiences
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer experience tools
• Experience working in the BPO industry is a plus
