Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering business growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans
• Familiarity with customer experience and business process outsourcing industries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong understanding of Philippine market trends and customer preferences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
