Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial management
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
• Familiarity with Philippine accounting standards and regulations
• Certification in accounting such as CPA or CA would be an advantage
