Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from a reputable university in the Philippines
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, laws, and regulations, such as the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
