Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a FP&A role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial planning tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English, with ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
