Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar role in the Philippines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from a reputable university
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements, such as SEC and BIR
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude
