Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from a reputable university
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Proficient in financial software applications, including but not limited to, QuickBooks and SAP
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations, including the Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
• Familiarity with hospital billing and revenue cycle management systems
