Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a management role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
• Proven track record of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in accounting software, such as SAP or QuickBooks
