Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a fintech or financial services company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations (e.g. SEC, BIR)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
