Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with 2+ years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax laws
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proven track record of managing teams and leading cross-functional projects
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle
