Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service or aftersales management
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving customer satisfaction targets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of Philippine market trends and consumer behavior
