AI & Automation Enablement Lead at WTW

About This Role

The Role Strategic Partnership & Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between GCO, the WE DO Corp IT Platforms team, and the Automation and AI COEs, fostering a collaborative and transparent working relationship. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business needs and build technology solutions that support operational goals. Technology Strategy & Roadmap Development Maintain current‑state assessments of GCO tools, systems, and processes, documenting strengths, gaps, and opportunities. Establish and maintain a comprehensive technology and automation roadmap that aligns with organizational priorities and future‑state vision. Process Optimization & Automation Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through automation and process redesign. Recommend and shape automation solutions that deliver measurable impact on efficiency and cost reduction. Technology Implementation Partner closely with IT teams to design, evaluate, and implement technology solutions—including RPA, AI, machine learning, and other emerging capabilities. Support project planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment to ensure successful implementation of new tools and features. Vendor Partnership Collaborate with Vendor Management to evaluate external technology partners and provide feedback on vendor performance, capabilities, and future enhancements. Change Adoption Promote continuous learning and encourage team proficiency in emerging technologies, automation and AI. Work Environment Operate effectively in a fully remote role, demonstrating accountability, communication, and self‑management. Contribute to a collaborative and high‑performing team culture. This role will require working US hours. - The Requirements  Core Competencies Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to collaborate across IT, business operations, and vendor teams. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions. Demonstrated capability in process analysis, workflow optimization, and the application of automation tools. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence without formal authority. Technical Skills Experience with automation platforms, RPA tools, and emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning. Ability to evaluate technology capabilities and document requirements for both business and technical audiences. Additional Preferred Skills Background in technology planning, operational workflow design, or digital transformation. Experience assessing vendor tools and collaborating with third‑party providers. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, automation, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI and automation projects
• Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies, including machine learning and robotic process automation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and tools, such as AWS or Azure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
