Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving process improvements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with the Philippine business landscape and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
