Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and achieving business objectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations, with ability to ensure compliance
• Familiarity with Globe Telecom's products and services, with ability to provide expert advice to customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
