Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a multinational company
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax laws
• Proficient in financial software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations
