Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in hospital operations management
• Proven track record of staff management and leadership
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Familiarity with hospital operations software and systems
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in the Philippines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
