Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a hospital management or leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team of healthcare professionals
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, policies, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with hospital management software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in hospital administration or a related field is an advantage
