Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in dialysis or a related field
• Diploma or certificate in a healthcare-related field, such as nursing or medical technology
• Basic life support (BLS) certification and willingness to obtain advanced certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with dialysis equipment and procedures, with a willingness to learn and improve
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality
• Ability to lift and move equipment, as well as stand for long periods
