Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with market research and data analysis tools, such as Nielsen or Kantar
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media marketing
- Familiarity with P&G's brand portfolio and marketing strategies
