Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient care coordination or a related field
• Strong understanding of Philippine healthcare laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
• Knowledge of patient care coordination principles and best practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
