Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction laws and regulations in the Philippines and Singapore
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and construction management software
• Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) and other project management tools
