Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics operations management
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven track record of managing a team and achieving operational efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems, such as ERP and WMS
• Knowledge of Philippine logistics regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
