Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, codes, and standards
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Familiarity with Philippine building codes and regulations
