Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards in the Philippines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Asana
• Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are a plus
