Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a client-facing role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws in the Philippines
• Proficient in financial software and systems, including accounting and payroll software
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certifications in accounting and finance, such as CPA or CFA, are a plus
