Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in medical coding, insurance claims processing, or a related field
• Proficiency in medical coding systems such as ICD-10 and CPT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve coding discrepancies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with healthcare providers and claims team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and claims management software
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
