Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in community-based care or a related field
• Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with community-based care models and best practices
• Knowledge of local healthcare policies and regulations in the Philippines
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
