Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in a similar role in the Philippines
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from planning to completion
• Strong knowledge of construction laws and regulations in the Philippines
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with construction software and technology, such as project management tools and building information modeling (BIM)
• Valid Philippine driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
