About This Role

The Contracts Manager (Tender) reports to the Deputy Director of Contracts and assists in all matters related to tender submissions. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or a related field
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, laws, and regulations in the Philippines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
